a steady stream of words is coming out
of my insatiable and filthy mouth
just let me cover up this mad world
so deafening, it really calms me down
I’m spreading all my voices on earth
nothing’s more beautiful than my own sound
my wisdom over and over
begins to grow because of things that I told you
I’m like a god that deafens all mediocre
as long as I just talk I don’t hear you suffering
have you ever heard my story
venerate my wisdom
my words in a blaze of glory
shut it up and listen
and now while the earth keeps turning (and now)
I know that people are yearning
for anything other than death and misery
somebody like me
a steady stream of words is coming out
of my insatiable and filthy mouth
am I the only speaker far and wide
am I the only one who’s satisfied
it’s soothing the noise freezing over
I love when I don’t hear the screams of the soldiers
I’m like a god that deafens all mediocre
as long as I just talk I don’t hear them suffering
I don’t hear you scream
have you ever heard my story
venerate my wisdom
my words in a blaze of glory
shut it up and listen
and now while the earth keeps turning (and now)
I know that people are yearning
for anything other than death and misery
somebody like me
Every single member of this band is incredibly skilled in their own right, but I love how much they accentuate each other's talents into these masterful tracks. The whole album is excellent. I'm so happy they were finally able to come to my home state and perform.
Incredible band, can't wait to listen to what comes next. quantumquail
Perhaps a softer, more “pop-forward” album compared to Inmazes and Witness however equally as effective. Vola simply know how to make approachable and great music. 8/10 RJ
I am flashed and I am wondering why I did not recognize this band earlier. Looking forward to hearing more from this talented and innovative guys in the near future. The album is a must have! almaju
